No returns will be accepted without prior approval by Fastenerforce Management.

All approved returns must be in original packaging, Un-used, and accompanied by the original invoice.

All returns are subject to minimum 20% restocking charge.

Any claims for damaged goods should be forwarded to purchasers carrier.

Any claims for shipping errors must be reported within 7 days of receipt of shipment.

ALL Cash Sales are NON returnable. Exchanges are possible.

Prices are subject to any Tariffs applicable at time of order.

Prices are subject to change based on material availability at time of order.

Acceptance of quotes confirms that the buyer agrees to the price, quantity, descriptions and terms of quote. Quotes are valid for maximum of 10 business days.

Mill Test Reports MUST be requested at time of inquiry or order otherwise a minimum $25.00 fee will apply.

Orders for Special, Non standard, Non stocked products are Not returnable.

All custom orders are subject to 10% overrun.
